The league will cost $50 each or $54.50 each, depending on... the results of Marty's MRI. Marty, who suffered a knee injury this week playing for the Yaskawa basketball team, may be out for the season. But as far as the press knows, he's "day-to-day."

If Marty can't play, we'll go with who we have rather than replace him because the roster is already stuffed full.

All I can say is that the Seattle Mariners were better without Ken Griffey Jr., and the New Orleans Saints went to the playoffs without Ricky Williams, and we can certainly defend our championship without Marty. All it will require is that we all score more goals. That shouldn't be too hard. I know we've all been holding back just to make Marty look good. Now we can stop pretending.
